The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act) is a Federal public law passed by the 111th United States Congress and signed into law by President Barack Obama on February 17, 2009. The Recovery Act makes stimulus funding available for job preservation and creation, infrastructure investment, energy efficiency and science, assistance to the unemployed, and State and local fiscal stabilization.
The funding available for NIH under the Recovery Act is being posted at two sites. First, the NIH and the Recovery Act has a webpage found at http://www.nih.gov/recovery/. This page has an option to sign up to receive email notifications about future announcements, and a list of current announcements.
Second, you may be most interested in the Grant Funding Opportunities webpage at http://grants.nih.gov/recovery/. This page should provide specific information about grant opportunities available because of the Recovery Act.
